SAINT Upload API in JAVA (Job status shows "In Progress - 0% Complete" after several hours)

Question about the SAINT upload API...

I've successfully uploaded classifications using the API (I'm getting the status message "Success"). Unfortunately, after several hours I dont see any effect in the classification reports in the SiteCatalyst.

I checked the job status of each of the requests using the method "port.saintCheckJobStatus" and I'm always getting the message "In Progress - 0% Complete".

How long will it take the web service to complete an upload request?
